The clean-up on June 3rd was a huge success with a total of six participants.
They were:
We started out at 9:00 am and finished at around 4:00 pm. The garbage collected
were beer and
whisky bottles, plastic bags, fishing nets, aluminum cans and a "Mares" diving
mask. On the second
dive, we were joined by a hawksbill turtle (see photo)
who we assumed was delighted to see us do
housekeeping chores on her reef. We hope to see her again on our next clean-up.

Special thanks to
Miss Joanne Marston & staff from
Project AWARE organization for
their support. We conduct
the
clean-up activities in several Pattaya
dive sites, particularly in Koh Lan Island where
there's a big concentration
of day
trippers.
It's our own little way of giving back something to our
environment,
which is basically "house-
keeping chores". After the clean-up, we give Project AWARE certificates to
all our participants.
